If you've spent any time shopping for custom software, you already know the pattern: a smiling sales site, a form that promises a "strategy session," a calendar link. Then silence, or a junior account manager, or a proposal written by someone who has no idea how your business works.
We build custom systems for mid-sized distribution, construction, manufacturing, and professional firms. But you probably already know that (if not, you can read all about it here.)
If you haven't worked with us, what you may not know is that we're damn serious about delighting our clients. So we've added a free-as-in-beer box of cookies to show you that we go the extra mile. We didn't partner with a bakery; the co-founder's wife bakes each batch herself.
A box of cookies does not prove we can modernize your legacy software system.
But it does prove we give a damn.
If you want proof that we're good at what we do, you can check out our case studies.
A free box of homemade cookies, baked by Lola, wife of co-founder and CTO Adam Taylor. Not a branded tin from a corporate gift vendor. A from-scratch box of cookies from Lola's kitchen.
Shipped to a US address you provide. Offices preferred. Homes are fine. We do not currently ship outside the United States, because no one likes spoiled cookies.
No sales pitch in the box. You may find a short note from us, and a card with our phone number if you ever want a free thirty-minute consultation.
No obligation to talk to us. Request the box. Eat the box. Never reply. That is a complete and honorable use of the offer.
Small batches. We are not Nabisco. Expect anywhere from 1-2 weeks lead-time as we try to batch our shipments together. If you need your box sooner, to impress your grandmother, let us know and we'll try to accommodate.
If you are evaluating software partners, we want to hear from you. We bake for owners and operators, the same people who book our free consultations. If you've been burned before and would rather deal with humans, this is for you.
One box is the typical offer. If you want more than one, say so in the notes and we will do our best to acommodate.
The free thirty-minute consultation is still free, still without a sales pitch, and still ends with a written summary you keep whether you hire us or not. The ERP cost calculator takes about three minutes and does not ask for your email.
The cookies are for when you want proof we are still a human firm before you spend a half hour on the phone. You can take either path. Neither requires the other.
